Center Manager

for the plasmapheresis center in Hungary – Pécs

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 15 nurses and physicians located in Pécs plasma center.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Organizational and administrative management of Pécs plasma center in cooperation with the Lead Physician and the Quality Management Representative
  • Leading a team of 15 nurses and physicians – support, develop, motivate, provide regular training
  • Motivating and developing employees to grow their abilities (providing clear objectives, conducting regular performance conversations, etc.)
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with internal, national and international regulations to guarantee product quality
  • Preparation, implementation as well as ensuring compliance of budget and investment planning
  • Assembling and securing personnel, spatial and technical conditions for the proper execution of requirements placed on the area
  • Implementation and active participation in regular Management Meetings
  • Developing a continuous improvement mindset in your plasma center as well as initiation and coordination of improvement projects
  • Official representative of your plasma center to external partners, e.g. local organizations, media and inspections/audits
  • Defining and implementing an expedient center strategy

Skills you need:

  • Completed university degree and/or training in business administration or corresponding professional experience
  • Experience in leading larger teams, ideally in a corporate environment
  • The empathic, proactive and flexible leader with a passion for working with people from various backgrounds
  • Profound knowledge of financial procedures in an operational environment
  • Very good English skills and IT user knowledge
  • Ability to quickly understand and simplify complex correlations
  • Ability to build trust and make decisions even with incomplete information
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
